Residential Property Conveyancers - Dorset
A well established, Legal 500 recognised regional law firm with an outstanding reputation is expanding its Residential Property team. Known for high standards, a supportive culture and long standing client relationships, the firm is now looking for conveyancers at all levels from junior fee earners to experienced Senior Associates to be based in either their Bournemouth or Christhchurch office.
The Role
You'll join a high performing, friendly team handling a broad range of residential conveyancing work. Depending on your level, your responsibilities may include:
- Managing your own caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Supporting senior fee earners across the full lifecycle of a transaction
- Handling all stages from initial instruction through to completion and post completion
- Maintaining clear communication with clients, agents and other professionals
- Ensuring files meet CQS standards and internal quality expectations
- For senior candidates: managing complex matters, nurturing professional relationships and helping drive team performance

Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcome from both qualified and non qualified conveyancers who can demonstrate:
- Experience working within a residential conveyancing team in a fee earning capacity
- A solid understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
- Confidence working in a busy, collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent client service
- Good working knowledge of CQS standards
For Senior Associate level applicants, you will also bring:
- Qualification as a solicitor/CILEX
- Broad experience across a wide range of residential property transactions
- Established relationships with clients, estate agents and referrers
