Senior Associate or Legal Director - Insurance Litigation - Bristol - Hybrid

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Insurance Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded disputes team in Bristol, acting on complex and often high profile matters for insurer and public sector clients.

The role will involve:

• Managing a caseload of high value multi track personal injury and property damage claims, with responsibility for strategy, analysis and delivery.
• Running matters autonomously with minimal supervision, while delegating effectively and supporting junior team members.
• Working closely with senior colleagues across multiple offices to deliver joined up advice and excellent client outcomes.
• Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors, while contributing to a collaborative culture and supporting business development activity.

The successful candidate will be: an experienced solicitor at Senior Associate or Legal Director level with strong insurance litigation experience, a commercial and pragmatic approach to client service, proven supervisory skills, and the confidence to take a leading role in a growing Bristol based team.
