A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to lead its team based in East Sussex. This is a key Partnership role offering genuine influence over both the strategic direction and continued growth of a well‑established practice.

You will oversee a broad and quality caseload, advising on complex residential property matters including high‑value transactions, estates, development work and refinancing arrangements. The client base is diverse and sophisticated, ranging from high‑net‑worth individuals to developers and portfolio owners.

Alongside fee‑earning, you will take responsibility for team leadership, mentoring and operational development, while playing a central role in business development and client relationship management.

This opportunity will suit a senior lawyer with significant residential property experience, strong leadership capability and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
