Legal Director or Partner - Residential Property - Bristol - Hybrid
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Legal Director or Partner to lead and grow a high performing Bristol practice, combining client delivery with strategic and people leadership.
The role will involve:
- Leading the Bristol residential property team, shaping local strategy, building internal collaboration, and acting as a visible ambassador for the firm's culture and values
- Driving business growth through existing relationships and new connections, diversifying work streams and building a sustainable regional practice
- Managing and developing the team across all levels, including recruitment, performance, compliance, financial management and day to day operational oversight
- Advising a diverse client base on high value residential property matters, while nurturing strong relationships with agents, brokers and property professionals
The successful candidate will be: a recognised residential property expert with significant PQE, a strong market profile or following, proven leadership and business development skills, and the ability to deliver complex conveyancing work while inspiring teams and maintaining the highest standards of client service and compliance.
