Senior Associate or Legal Director - Insurance Litigation - Bristol - Hybrid
A senior opportunity for an experienced Insurance Litigation Solicitor with expertise in disease claims to take a leading role within a specialist team handling complex, high value work.
The role will involve:
- Leading EL/PL disease claims and advising on legacy and emerging disease risks, delivering strategic and commercially focused advice to insurer and corporate clients
- Acting as a trusted adviser on significant matters, ensuring efficient, compliant and profitable case management in line with client service agreements
- Providing technical leadership through supervision, mentoring and training of junior lawyers, while contributing to knowledge sharing and thought leadership
- Supporting business development and profile raising activity, including pitches, client training, seminars and collaborative initiatives across offices
The successful candidate will be: A highly experienced litigator at Senior Associate or Legal Director level, with strong technical credentials in disease litigation, proven client handling skills, and the ability to lead teams while contributing to strategic growth within a collaborative Bristol practice.
