You'll work directly with heads, governors, senior leadership teams and sector bodies, providing clear, practical and proportionate advice in situations that require confidence, sensitivity and sound judgment.

This is a genuinely rare opening for an NQ to join a nationally recognised education practice and develop a long term specialism from the outset.

Why Join?

  • High quality, meaningful work that has real impact on pupils, staff and school communities
  • A collaborative, people focused culture where approachability and empathy are valued
  • Clear progression pathways within a fast growing national firm
  • Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including private medical insurance, income protection, generous holiday allowance, bonus scheme, EV scheme, pension, wellbeing perks and more
