A highly regarded and growing law firm is seeking an experienced solicitor to join its established Special Educational Needs (SEN) team in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and specialist team advising on a broad range of SEN matters.

You will manage your own caseload of SEND Tribunal appeals and related issues, working closely with families, schools, local authorities and experts to deliver clear, practical advice. The role offers exposure to complex and meaningful work, alongside genuine scope to contribute to business development and the ongoing growth of the department.

This position will suit a technically strong lawyer with SEN experience, excellent client‑handling skills and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment.
