My client is a well‑established law firm with over 150 years of history and a strong reputation across the South Coast. Ongoing growth within the commercial department has created an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property solicitor to join a busy, dynamic team in Fareham.

The role suits a qualified Solicitor or CILEx Fellow with solid experience across commercial property matters, including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work and lease negotiations, amongst others. There is also scope to broaden into company and commercial work. You'll enjoy high‑quality client exposure and be encouraged to help further grow the firm's presence across the Solent region.
