An established and respected law firm in Exeter is seeking an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing team.

This role offers the chance to manage your own varied caseload, including claims involving Hospital Trusts, GPs, Dentists and Ambulance Trusts. You'll be working within a supportive department that values high‑quality client care, clear communication and professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing your own day‑to‑day caseload
• Working accurately and in line with risk management procedures
• Keeping up to date with legal developments
• Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in medical negligence work
• Confidence handling a diverse caseload
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, client‑focused approach
