Private Client Senior Associate or Partner - Poundbury - Senior Level
Location: Poundbury (Hybrid and Flexible Working Options Available)

Salary: £65,000 to £90,000 (depending on experience and level)

A well established regional law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner to join its thriving Private Client department in its beautifully located Poundbury office. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior role within a respected team, manage a high quality caseload, and play a key part in expanding the firm's client base and referral network.

The Role
You will manage a complex and varied caseload of private client matters, including:

  • Wills, trusts and estate planning
  • Estate administration and probate
  • Providing expert legal advice to individuals and families
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Leading, mentoring and supporting junior team members
  • Contributing to business development and networking initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards


This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your practice while contributing to the continued growth of a well regarded department.

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to an experienced private client lawyer who can demonstrate:

  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial application of private client law
  • Ability to manage a complex caseload independently
  • Experience at Senior Associate or Partner level, or readiness to step into such a role
  • A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ambition, enthusiasm and the ability to see the bigger picture
  • A team focused attitude and appreciation for a supportive, friendly working culture
