Salary: £110,000-£124,000
PQE Level: 6-10 PQE

Our client, a fast-growing SaaS HR business is looking to recruit a Legal Counsel to be based in their City office.

The company is primarily focused on the Australian, USA and UK markets and is looking to recruit a Legal Counsel to primarily look after the UK operations.

Legal is a highly visible and close-knit team and the business is highly acquisitive.

Key areas of focus will be SaaS contracts and date protection ( UK and EU GDPR) and ideally an understanding of the EU AI act or at least a strong interest in AI.

Suits a qualified solicitor with at least 6 PQE who wants to be part of an ambitious and entrepreneurial company.
