Solicitor - Corporate

A commercial law firm is seeking a full-time, permanent Corporate Solicitor to support the next phase of growth within its corporate practice. The firm delivers high-quality, commercially focused advice comparable to leading national firms, combined with a highly personal and values-led approach.

The role will involve:

• Managing a broad corporate caseload including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and bank funding matters
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and introducers, delivering clear, practical and commercially sound advice
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the corporate department within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
• Working autonomously in a fully remote setting while being fully engaged with a close-knit and supportive team
