My client is home to one of the UK's market‑leading Court of Protection teams, consistently ranked highly in the legal directories and recognised for the exceptional quality of its work. Acting on some of the most complex matters in the market, the team is known for its bespoke, forward‑thinking approach and collaborative culture.

Due to continued growth, the team is seeking a Court of Protection solicitor to join this high‑performing practice. The role offers exposure to a varied caseload, including brain injury‑related matters, working closely with leading practitioners in the field. With close supervision, structured mentoring, and clear progression, this is an ideal environment for ambitious COP solicitors looking to develop their expertise within a highly supportive, top‑tier team.
