My client is a leading Legal 500 and Chambers‑ranked firm with a highly regarded and long‑established residential property team, recognised as one of the strongest in the region for quality and depth of expertise. The department is seeking a senior property solicitor or licensed conveyancer to provide a high‑quality service with a personal and commercial approach.

You will advise clients across the South East, London and nationally on a broad range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, high‑value and listed properties, London purchases, investment and holiday homes, probate and attorney sales, new‑builds, lease extensions, enfranchisement and first registrations.

This role suits a senior residential property solicitor handling complex work with autonomy, while mentoring junior team members, supervising, contributing to best practice and strengthening agent and referrer relationships.
