Our client, a firm recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers for its outstanding property teams, is seeking a senior conveyancer to become a key contributor to its growing residential practice.

In this role, you'll manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, with matters ranging in value and complexity, ensuring no two days are identical. You will also attend business networking events and build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have proven business development skills, be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Excellent team player skills, strong client-facing abilities, and superb analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.
