Our client, a forward-thinking law firm ranked in the legal guides for Corporate and Commercial work in the Thames Valley, is seeking a talented individual to join their friendly and ambitious department.

This award-winning firm offers a collaborative environment, providing legal services across sectors like IT, tech, and life sciences. You will handle company and corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and corporate governance. You will manage your own caseload, support senior team members on complex and high-value matters, and actively seek new business relationships utilising the tools and backing provided by the team and firm.
