We are seeking an experienced and committed Family Solicitor to take on the role of Head of Team in Berkshire. This position offers the opportunity to lead and develop a team of legal professionals while handling intricate family and matrimonial cases.

As the Head of Team, you will handle a caseload of complex family and matrimonial cases, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients. Ensuring excellent service delivery through client management will also be a key focus. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the growth and development of the family law practice, shaping the team how you wish, while staying up to date on relevant changes and trends.

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 8-10 years of PQE in family and matrimonial law. Experience with a reputable team in Berkshire or the South East region is essential, along with strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive and strategic approach, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment are also required.
