An established and highly regarded Private Wealth team is seeking a senior lawyer to join its Richmond office. The practice advises high‑net‑worth individuals and families on complex and often sensitive matters, including succession planning, trusts, estate administration and tax‑driven structuring. The work is intellectually rigorous and relationship‑led, requiring sound judgement, technical depth and the ability to guide clients through significant life events.

You'll manage a broad caseload while playing an integral role in supervising and developing junior lawyers. The team operates collaboratively, with a strong emphasis on thoughtful advice rather than volume‑driven work, and offers genuine scope to build a long‑term profile and client base.
