Residential Property Lawyer - Cheltenham

Our client are a forward-thinking and friendly dedicated conveyancing firm, committed to delivering exceptional customer service with the support of cutting-edge technology. Known for their supportive team environment, they are currently seeking a motivated individual to join their team in Cheltenham.

You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold and new-build transactions, with the support of a collaborative team. The role also includes supervising and supporting junior colleagues.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer
  • 3+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Confident running a full caseload, including complex matters
  • Strong client care, organisation and attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive and team-focused approach
  • Comfortable using digital case management systems
