Leading Warwickshire firm has a new vacancy for a residential property solicitor.

You will be responsible for running a caseload dealing with all aspects of conveyancing transactions from client instructions through to post completion matters. The caseload is varied and will encompass sales and purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold and shared ownership.

You will deal with an established client base and have sound knowledge of the conveyancing process.

An interest in business development and marketing an advantage.
