A respected law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-5 years' post-qualification experience to join its busy and well-established Commercial Property team in Wiltshire. The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

  • Landlord and Tenant transactions
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Development projects
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
  • Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
  • Maintaining high professional standards and compliance


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 1-5 years PQE in commercial property
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in managing matters independently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems
  • Willingness to travel to client meetings and external events
