This is an exciting opportunity for a junior commercial property solicitor to join a Winchester‑based L500 property team. This role offers exposure to a broad and interesting mix of commercial, rural and agricultural property work, including high-value rural homes, estates and development matters.

Working closely with impressive senior lawyers, you will be involved from initial instruction through to completion, advising clients, investigating title and planning issues, drafting and reviewing transactional documents, and progressing matters efficiently. While prior rural or agricultural experience would be beneficial, it is not essential; a genuine interest and willingness to develop in this area is key.
