An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a senior Employment Lawyer to join a highly respected national firm in its Southampton office. You'll be part of a growing, impressive Employment team with an top national reputation and a consistently strong pipeline of quality work.

This role is ideal for an experienced lawyer who is seeking clearer progression, greater autonomy, and the chance to take on more strategic responsibility. The workload is genuinely varied, covering complex contentious and non‑contentious matters, senior level advisory work for major employers, and substantial client contact from day one.

As a key hire within the team, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the practice, elevate your professional profile and play a meaningful role in business development working within a flexible and collaborative environment.
