A well-established regional firm is recruiting a Lawyer to join its busy Residential Property team across three offices in the Thames Valley. Ideal for candidates with a minimum of 3 years' PQE who can run their own caseload and help grow client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a mixed caseload of residential sales, purchases, leasehold matters, transfers of equity, shared ownership and lease extensions.
  • Draft and review agreements, deeds, leases and other conveyancing documents.
  • Deliver high-quality client service under tight timetables while meeting billing targets and maintaining accurate fee recording.
  • Work closely with the Partner in charge, supervise junior fee-earners and contribute to marketing and BD initiatives.


Skills and experience

  • Minimum 3 years PQE in residential property with proven technical ability.
  • Strong negotiation, organisation and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with fee targets, client development and multichannel networking.
