My client is a highly regarded law firm with a market‑leading private client practice in Oxfordshire and a strong national profile. The team advises a substantial client base of general and HNW individuals and families, and is now seeking to recruit a senior solicitor to further strengthen its established team.

The role involves a broad range of complex private client work, with clients spanning agriculture, business ownership, literary estates, and other specialist sectors. As a senior member of the team, you will advise on high‑value and technically challenging matters such as high-value estates, sophisticated tax planning, cross‑border succession and estate planning, while contributing to the strategic development of the practice.

The team is consistently recognised in the legal directories and continues to grow, offering an established platform, high‑quality work and genuine autonomy. This opportunity will suit an ambitious private client lawyer with strong technical expertise, STEP qualification (or working towards it), and a passion for private wealth work. A local following is not essential, but regional connections and a collaborative approach will be advantageous.
