Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Birmingham / hybrid working

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE to join this multi office West Midlands practice.

Based in Birmingham city centre, you will join an expanding and friendly team and manage a varied caseload including:

• Contractual issues including claims made under personal guarantees
• Professional negligence
• Company and partnership disputes
• Shareholder disputes
• High value personal disputes
• Insolvency litigation

You will work with limited supervision but with the benefit of full administrative support from secretarial staff and legal support from Partners, Solicitors and Paralegals.
