Applications welcome from both senior, experienced applicants as well as those who have fewer years PQE. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and inclusive environment, focusing on residential conveyancing matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential property transactions from instruction to completion including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other legal professionals
• Mentor and support junior staff
