Leading Warwickshire firm has a vacancy for a clinical negligence solicitor / CILEx to join their Coventry team.

Applications welcome from solicitors at all levels and you will responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis claims, surgical negligence claims, birth injury claims, dental negligence claims and delayed treatment
• Handling new and existing clinical negligence claims, including litigated matters
• Attending Court hearings
• Liaising with Barristers, medical experts and other professionals
• Preparing and drafting documents, briefs, instructions and schedules
• Valuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiations

You will work as part of a team and ideally be able to undertake a caseload with minimal supervision and assist on more complex matters. You will be able to demonstrate a confident, friendly approach and be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external professional contacts.
