Real Estate Solicitor

This multi-office West Midlands firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy department.

You will have 2+ PQE and deal with a varied caseload including:

• Buying and selling of commercial premises
• Commercial leases and licences
• Option agreements, overage agreements, and pre-emption agreements
• Planning applications
• Property finance

You will need to be comfortable being independent as you will be the only member of the commercial property team based in this office.

You should have a keen interest in business development and the marketing of yourself, the team and the firm.
