An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their busy and successful property team in Bournemouth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion
  • Handling a broad range of residential property matters with minimal supervision
  • Delivering exceptional client service throughout the transaction process
  • Assisting with the supervision and development of junior team members and support staff
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts
  • Actively supporting business development and networking initiatives


Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status
  • A minimum of 4 years' PQE in Residential Property
  • Strong technical knowledge and technical expertise in residential conveyancing
  • Proven experience managing your own caseload independently
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues (desirable)
