Alongside managing their own caseload, the Partner will inspire and support colleagues, contribute to business planning, and enhance the team's reputation through networking and thought leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading on complex private client matters while maintaining exceptional service standards
• Driving business development and strengthening relationships with clients and referrers
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers to support team success
• Contributing to departmental strategy, growth, and overall performance
