My client is a leading Legal 500 firm, seeking an experienced Corporate solicitor or existing PSL to join one of the region's most respected Corporate teams in a strategic knowledge role. Ideal for lawyers seeking a move away from fee-earning, this position allows you to remain closely involved in complex, high-value corporate and M&A work while influencing technical excellence across the wider team.

Working alongside lawyers in a key role, you'll develop precedents and know-how, deliver technical training, provide guidance on complex legal issues, monitor legislative developments and help shape best practice. You'll also play a pivotal role in driving legal innovation, improving processes and supporting thought leadership, ensuring the team continues to deliver exceptional client service. This opportunity is perfectly suited to an established PSL or a senior Corporate solicitor looking to transition into a rewarding knowledge-focused career.
