Solicitor - Dispute Resolution - Somerset - Hybrid

An ambitious and personable Litigation Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) is sought to join a dynamic and growing legal team across Somerset. This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to develop within a supportive environment known for its collaborative culture and client-focused approach. The team is recognised for handling a broad range of civil litigation matters, offering exposure to varied and interesting work from the outset.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while benefiting from guidance and mentorship from experienced colleagues. They will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services, ensuring clients receive clear, practical, and commercially sound advice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of litigation matters from instruction through to resolution, including drafting pleadings and preparing for trial
  • Delivering clear, accurate legal advice while maintaining excellent client care and communication standards
  • Progressing matters efficiently, meeting deadlines, and ensuring files and documentation remain fully compliant and well organised
  • Supporting business development through networking, marketing initiatives, and contributing to the team's continued growth
