Solicitor - Commercial Property - Cardiff - Hybrid
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading and highly regarded team in Cardiff. Known for delivering commercially focused, pragmatic advice, the team handles a wide range of complex and high-value transactions across multiple sectors. This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced partners and gain exposure to top-quality work from day one.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant issues, and large-scale development projects. They will play a central role in progressing transactions and building strong, lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters, including telecoms leases
- Supporting portfolio management, investment work, and development projects
- Providing commercial property input on corporate transactions and strategic occupier matters
- Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships
