An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Gloucestershire. The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering exceptional client service at every stage. They will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to the continued success of a busy and growing department.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a full caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders
• Assisting with team supervision and mentoring colleagues when required
• Ensuring files are progressed efficiently while meeting strict deadlines and compliance standards

This role would suit an experienced, detail-oriented conveyancer with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. The environment is fast paced yet supportive, offering genuine opportunities for development and progression.
