Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Associate- Asset Management and L&T focus- Mid Sized City law firm
Salary: £97,000-£112,000
PQE Level: 3-6 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Firm:

• Our longstanding client, a mid-sized City law firm has a large and highly regarded commercial real estate practice

Role:

• Focus on working with a couple of high-profile asset managers handling acquisitions & disposals, financing and lease extensions
• Corporate occupier and tenant work
• Primary focus on Central London including well known estates

Key attractions:

• Low chargeable hour target

Successful candidate:

• 3-6 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
• Must be working for a top City or London based boutique law firm
• Must have strong asset management experience as this is a key part of the role and only candidates with this experience will be considered
• Strong academics
