An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a busy and growing property team.
This role is open to qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with experience in handling residential conveyancing matters. You will manage your own caseload of transactions, dealing with matters from instruction through to completion.
The caseload will include a range of residential property work, and due to the continued growth of the team, there is a steady and increasing volume of work available.
The successful candidate will join a supportive team environment with opportunities for progression and development. You will be expected to demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
