Solicitor - Residential Property - Gloucestershire - Hybrid

An ambitious firm in Gloucestershire is seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes.

The successful candidate will play a central role in delivering exceptional client service, managing files from instruction through to completion, and building strong relationships with clients and introducers. They will also contribute to the wider success of the team through collaboration and business development activity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish
• Advising clients and maintaining excellent relationships with agents and referrers
• Ensuring compliance, accurate file management and meeting financial targets
• Supporting team growth through networking and business development

Candidates will ideally have 2+ years' PQE or equivalent experience, strong organisational skills, and a proactive, detail-focused approach. This role offers career progression and the chance to be part of a dynamic, supportive environment.
