Job Title: Share Schemes Senior Associate - Top 20 City Law Firm
Salary: £120,000-£140,000
PQE Level: 5PQE+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Role:

• Drafting and implementing tax advantaged and non-tax advantaged share schemes including EMI, CSOP, LTIP, JSOP, growth shares
• Transactional support for private and public listed companies as well as IPOs
• Senior exec incentive plans
• Employee incentive plans
• EBTs
• Corporate governance/regulatory

Successful candidate:

• 5+PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
• Currently working as a senior associate or equivalent within a dedicated share schemes/incentives team within a UK law firm, consultancy, or accountancy firm
