Job Title: M&A or PE Associates looking to specialise in professional partnerships- Top 20 City Law Firm
Salary: £105,000-£125,000
PQE Level: 2-5 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

• Fast growing, entrepreneurial Top 20 City law firm with ambitious growth plans and a down-to-earth feel and a market leading professional partnerships practice.

Role:

• Advising PE/investors on investments into professional services firms
• UK and international M&A and demergers
• Corporate governance including drafting LLP membership and partnership agreements, constitutional documents
• New office and operation set ups e.g. US law firms opening up in London
• Corporate structuring

Successful candidate:

• 2-5 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
