A well regarded national Real Estate team is seeking a Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join its expanding Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced, client focused environment, delivering high quality advice across a broad range of complex transactional property matters.

The Role
You'll be responsible for supporting a wide range of real estate work, including:

  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Corporate support
  • Real estate finance
  • Property and asset management
  • Working with investors, developers, lenders, corporates, charities and healthcare providers
  • Collaborating with a multi disciplinary healthcare client service team
  • Contributing to business development, networking, seminars and client engagement

You will work closely with a senior partner, gaining exposure to high quality work from day one, with strong opportunities to develop your expertise in a specialist and growing area of real estate law.

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Solicitor with:

  • NQ-2 years PQE in real estate
  • Experience across a range of real estate transactions
  • Exposure to landlord & tenant, corporate support or real estate finance (desirable)
  • Strong technical, analytical and communication skills
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach
  • Confidence managing your time and taking ownership of matters (with supervision)
  • Genuine interest in real estate, including planning, ESG, market trends and policy developments
  • Motivation to build strong client relationships and contribute to team growth
