A growing L500 law firm is seeking a Real Estate NQ to join its established Southampton team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to take ownership of high quality work and develop within a collaborative and ambitious environment.

You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, and asset management projects. The role offers exposure to a diverse client base, from investors and developers to corporate occupiers, alongside the opportunity to build strong client relationships and get involved in business development initiatives.

This opportunity will suit a commercially minded lawyer with solid technical foundations, who enjoys working as part of a team and is keen to broaden their experience within a supportive, progressive firm offering clear career progression.
