Banking & Finance Solicitor - Cardiff - Hybrid

A highly regarded law firm in Cardiff is seeking a Banking and Finance Solicitor to join its well-established and respected team.

The department advises a broad range of clients, including banks, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers, across a variety of sectors such as real estate, renewables, healthcare, and the public sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor in the early stages of their career to develop within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of transactions, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and property finance, while working closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising lenders and borrowers on a range of banking and finance matters
• Drafting loan agreements, security documentation, and managing conditions precedent
• Supporting transactions from initial approval through to completion and post-completion
• Assisting with client relationship management and business development initiatives

This role would suit a newly qualified solicitor up to three years' PQE with strong commercial awareness and an interest in finance law. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential.
