Agricultural Litigation Solicitor - Bristol - Hybrid

A leading law firm in Bristol is seeking an Agricultural Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded agriculture team.

The department is recognised for its strength in advising farmers, landowners, estates, and agribusiness clients, offering a broad and high-quality service supported by a strong national network of specialists.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of agricultural and rural disputes, working closely with experienced colleagues while developing their own technical expertise. The role offers exposure to matters including farming partnership disputes, agricultural tenancies, rights of way, boundary issues, and contract claims.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing agricultural dispute matters from instruction through to resolution
  • Drafting key litigation documents and supporting case preparation for hearings
  • Advising on tenancy, partnership, and rural property disputes
  • Supporting client development, networking, and team collaboration


This position would suit a solicitor with up to three years' experience, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in agricultural law. The individual will demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service across the wider South West.
