Private Client Solicitor - Wiltshire - Hybrid
A well-regarded legal practice in Wiltshire is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join its highly successful team. The role involves managing a mixed and varied caseload, with a strong focus on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Probate matters.
The successful candidate will be accustomed to handling a high volume of work while consistently delivering exceptional client service.
This opportunity would suit a solicitor with a minimum of three years' PQE and extensive experience across a broad range of Private Client matters. The individual will demonstrate strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and a professional, client-focused approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing an existing caseload of Private Client work
- Building and maintaining strong, profitable client relationships
- Delivering fee income targets and identifying service improvements
- Ensuring compliance with professional standards including SRA and Lexcel
The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and confident working at pace, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A flexible, collaborative approach and strong IT skills are essential.
