A growing and well‑regarded regional law firm is seeking a Restructuring & Insolvency Partner to lead and expand its specialist offering in Guildford. This is a strategic hire, offering the opportunity to shape and develop the practice within a supportive, commercially focused environment.

You will handle a broad range of complex insolvency and restructuring matters, advising clients across contentious and non‑contentious scenarios, including administrations, CVAs, receiverships and distressed business situations. Alongside leading on high‑value work, you will play a key role in developing client relationships, driving business growth, and mentoring junior team members.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven leadership ability, and a demonstrable track record in business development. This role offers genuine autonomy, influence, and a clear platform to build a thriving practice within a progressive firm.
