Residential Property Solicitor - Nailsea

A long established regional law firm with a strong reputation across the South West is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their busy and well regarded conveyancing team in Nailsea.

As part of a thriving property practice, you'll handle a varied caseload of residential transactions and play a key role in delivering high quality client service within a supportive, collaborative environment.

The Role

  • Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (registered and unregistered).
  • Act on shared ownership, new build and Help to Buy matters.
  • Handle re mortgages, transfers of equity and equity release transactions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, providing clear, practical advice throughout the transaction.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the wider property team to ensure excellent service delivery.


Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in residential property.
  • Strong technical knowledge across the full range of conveyancing matters.
  • Ability to manage files independently and efficiently, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a client focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle a busy caseload.
