Job Title: Mid-Sized Global City Law Firm- Incentives Senior Associate-5 +
Salary: £115,000-£135,000
PQE Level: 5-10 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Firm:

• Mid-Sized Global City law firm with ambitious growth plans and an enviable client list.

Role:

• Transactional support including public and private M&A and IPOs
• Designing and implementing share plans
• EMI, CSOP, LTIP, JSOP
• Senior executive tax planning including internationally mobile executives
• Remuneration policies/governance
• Equity incentives for private equity

Successful candidate:

• Qualified solicitor, England & Wales with 5-10 PQE
• Currently working within a dedicated share schemes/incentives law firm in the UK or accountancy firm ( must be a qualified solicitor)
