Job Title: Elite Global City Law Firm- Incentives Associate 4-6 PQE
Salary: £170,000-£180,000
PQE Level: 4-6 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Role:

• Transactional support including public and private M&A and IPOs
• Designing and implementing share plans, cash-based incentives, long term incentive arrangements
• Tax qualifying share plans
• Remuneration policies/governance
• Equity incentives for private equity

Successful candidate:

• Qualified solicitor, England & Wales with 4-6 years PQE
