An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded Dispute Resolution team with an outstanding reputation for complex and high-quality contentious work. Acting for clients ranging from individuals through to major corporates, the team handles a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, offering exposure comparable to that of larger national and London firms, while maintaining the benefits of a close-knit and collaborative environment.

The role offers a genuine platform for progression, hands-on mentoring and the opportunity to develop specialist interests across sectors and areas of commercial litigation. You will manage your own caseload while also working alongside experienced colleagues on larger, more complex matters.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical ability, excellent academics and proven commercial litigation experience, together with a proactive approach to client relationships and business development.
